Within the framework of the Slovenian Days in Cleveland 2022 we are inviting you to a Slovenian Cooking Class – Plum Dumplings

Every change of season in a Slovenian kitchen brings a different delicacy with it. With the arrival of autumn this means the ripening of plums. In some households they are referred to as slivovi cmoki, češpljevi knedlji or other combinations of these two words, but no matter what you may call them, plum dumplings are delicious!

We would like to invite you to a culinary evening, sampling plum dumplings, drinking Slovenian wine, and enjoying a hands-on experience, where participants will learn how to make and get to take home their own slivovi cmoki.

The evening will be limited to 20 participants. Pre-registration is required at https://forms.gle/hyEpR5QC9mqGieAr5, as well as a $10 per person material fee.
