Roundtable will offer a unique opportunity to reflect on the approach and tools necessary to support the implementation of the OECD Recommendation on Access to Justice and People-Centred Justice Systems.

During the course of the event discussion will focus on:

• How can justice systems actively engage with citizens to foster a sense of ownership and participation in democratic processes?
• What are the successful examples of collaboration between the justice sector and others?
• What progress has been made in promoting access to justice for all individuals, including marginalised and vulnerable groups and how is this progress being measured considering constant changes in demographics and needs?
• What could measurement framework and key indicators look like to assess performance of people-centred justice?
• What are the most promising technologies and digital tools for enhancing access to justice and improving service delivery within the justice sector, including ADR?
