The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs will organize a conversation with Minister Tanja Fajon on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of EU membership. She will speak with former Slovenian Members of the European Parliament, Borut Pahor, Jelko Kacin, and Romana Jordan,  as well as former Slovenian commissioner Janez Potočnik.

The conversation will focus on exchanging personal memories of serving in demanding commissioner roles and representing Slovenia in the European Parliament, views on the development of the EU over the past twenty years, the benefits of membership for Slovenia, as well as the challenges facing European society and reflections on its future.

Due to limited seating, prior registration is required.
