The International Festival of Visual Arts ART CIRCLE presents a selection of works from a rich international collection of over 800 art pieces (paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, ceramics).

The festival connects culture, tourism, viticulture, and international diplomacy. This collection has been growing since 1997. So far, 20 countries have opened Cultural Embassies - a special form of artistic residencies within the festival in Slovenia and across the border in Italy, where artists create every spring and autumn. The ART CIRCLE festival proves that art inspires, culture connects, and forms the foundations of Europe.

On May 9th, starting from 5:00 PM, a security check will be required to enter the Municipal Palace.
