Young ambassadors of the European Parliament from the Nova Gorica Gymnasium, together with their peers from cross-border and Italian schools, will discuss four sustainable development goals: health and well-being, affordable and clean energy, gender equality, and sustainable cities and communities.

The simulation is an excellent opportunity for young people to express their opinions, listen to others, test their collaboration skills, and realize the importance of actively seeking solutions for a greener, safer, and more democratic Europe.

Participants in the simulation: Students from the Nova Gorica Gymnasium, students from Slovenian and Italian schools in Gorizia.

• 10.00 – 10.30 ACTIVITY MARKET
  Various games at booths: "My Europe", EPEKARTE, GO TESORO 25 - get to know the landmarks of the EPK cities, wheel of fortune, roll the dice and show your knowledge, found poetry workshop.
  Viewing of artistic creations by students from the Nova Gorica Gymnasium's art department.

• 10.30 - 11.00 Cultural program
  Young ambassadors of the European Parliament will commemorate Europe Day, a celebration of peace, tolerance, coexistence of European nations, a celebration of mutual respect and connection. The program will be enriched with music, dance, and a performance by the Cheerleading group.

• 13.00 – 14.00 Workshop Design the Twin City of Nova Gorica and Gorizia – what do you want? #goborderlessyouth.
  Young people will learn about forms of cross-border cooperation and the GO!2025 project, European Capital of Culture. They will share how they experience the twin city of Nova Gorica and Gorizia, what they can praise, and what they cannot. Later, they will compile a list of ideas about what they miss or wish for in the twin city.
