Slovenian President signs decree on appointment of Ambassador to Italy

On 12 July, the President of the Republic of Slovenia signed a decree on the appointment of Tomaž Kunstelj as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the Italian Republic.
Tomaž Kunstelj has been employed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1993, with a short interruption between 1995 and 1997. He currently serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the Holy See. He has previously served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to Canada and Head of the Diplomatic Protocol.
