Coming soon: Call for project proposals addressing environmental challenges under Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021
- Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy
The aim of the programme Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation is to support the measures that mitigate climate change and reduce vulnerability to climate change.
Applicants with project proposals that contribute to increasing the production of energy from renewable energy sources, improving the management of sustainable mobility, implementing the principles of circular economy and improving the management of ecosystems under increasing pressure due to climate change will be invited to apply for funding.
The call for proposals will also pursue the two overall objectives of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the EEA Financial Mechanism, i.e. to contribute to the reduction of economic and social disparities in the European Economic Area, and to strengthen bilateral relations between Slovenia and the three Donor States - Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
The text of the call for proposals and the relevant documentation will be available here from the date of the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
The deadline for submission of project proposals will be 30 September at 12:00 CET. Project applications will have to be submitted via electronic monitoring system eMS.
