In the article, the journalist describes in more details how members of the rescue forces and the Slovenian Armed Forces fought against the fire that raged between the 15th and 26th of July this year in the Goriska Karst. Together with his interlocutors, among them the Minister of Defense Marjan Šarc and the Chief of the General Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, Major General Robert Glavaš, he points out the necessity of adapting the armies around the world to the unconventional tasks that are brought about by climate change.
