The programme of the state celebration entitled “Here, there, everywhere...” was prepared by the screenwriter and director Neda R. Bric together with the video director Jasna Hribernik, and other colleagues. The performers included actors Magda Kropiunig, Nikla Petruška Panizon and Voranc Boh, the musical group Katalena, DJ Brlee with dancers Maša Kagao Knez and Željko Božić, and pianist Alexander Gadjiev, who played with the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra under the baton of conductor Mark Hribernik. The audience was also addressed by famous Slovenian artists, intellectuals, and sportsmen and sportswomen who recorded their short speeches in advance.

The celebration was organised by the Protocol of the Republic of Slovenia and the General Secretariat of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on behalf of the Coordination Committee for National Celebrations and Events. The Government Communication Office provided the media logistics.
