Meeting of the Prime Minister and the President of the National Council
The Prime Minister, Robert Golob, and the President of the National Council, Marko Lotrič, met today at the premises of the Government.
They exchanged views on current legislation, in particular on proposed acts on long-term care, labour relations and agriculture. They also touched on the Government's announcement about the procedures for decision-making on the second unit of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant.
They considered the cooperation between the Government and the National Council to date to be good. The President of the National Council particularly commended the participation of government representatives in the National Council's consultations and handed over to the Prime Minister the report on the consultation held by the National Council on the location of the new general hospital in the Gorenjska region.
