Taking into account the opinion of the Legislative and Legal Service of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, the provisions on scholarships have been amended accordingly, so that the conditions for obtaining and accepting a scholarship, the procedure for obtaining a scholarship, the obligations of the scholarship recipient and the employer, the duration of the scholarship, the termination of the scholarship relationship, the source of funding and the keeping of records are clearly regulated at the statutory level, and the provisions have been designed in such a way that the by-laws set out the content of the aforementioned in more detail.

The other amendments also mainly take into account the views of the Legislative and Legal Service to slightly reword certain provisions in the interests of clarity.
