Inclusion of the construction of the unit of the Domžale Retirement Home in Moravče in the Development Programme Plan for the period 2023–2026
At today's session of the Committee on State Regulation and Public Affairs, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia included the construction of the unit of the Domžale Retirement Home in Moravče in the Development Programme Plan for the period 2023–2026.
For many years, the Municipality of Moravče has been very interested in the construction of a home for the elderly and other institutional care programmes. The investment represents the construction of a unit of the Domžale Retirement Home and a unit of pharmacies in Moravče. The construction of the unit will provide capacity for 78 users in institutional care, 9 temporary placements and 6 places in day care.
The building of the Domžale Retirement Home unit will have three floors – ground floor and 2 floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the entrance hall, there will be administrative premises, a kitchen and utility rooms, health care, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and two residential units for people with dementia. On the upper floors, there will be living and support facilities for institutional care, temporary accommodation and day care. All rooms will have their own bathrooms, and each living unit will have a kitchenette, a dining and living area, a storage room, a cleaning and laundry room and a nursing bathroom. The investment will create a new facility that will provide suitable, safe and high-quality living conditions for all users and safe working conditions for the employees.
The estimated value of the investment is EUR 9,158,621.85 including VAT. The Ministry of Solidarity-Based Future will provide funding of EUR 8,622,911.56, specifically EUR 3,552,014.96 in 2023 and EUR 5,070,896.60 in 2024.
Government consent to the General Terms and Conditions of the operation of the Eco Fund
At today's session of the Government Committee on the Economy, the Government gave its consent to the General Terms and Conditions of the operation of the Eco Fund, the Slovenian Environmental Public Fund, Public Fund, as adopted by the Supervisory Board of the Eco Fund, Slovenian Environmental Public Fund, at its 14th Regular Session, on 2 March 2023, and at its 18th Regular Session, on 6 July 2023.
On 13 April 2022, a new Environmental Protection Act came into force, which, among other things, simplifies the procedures for granting Eco Fund incentives and relieves them of administrative burdens. The General Terms and Conditions are adopted by the Supervisory Board of the Eco Fund, and the Government must also give its consent in accordance with the second indent of Article 13 of the Environmental Protection Act.
The draft General Terms and Conditions of the Eco Fund, adopted by the Supervisory Board of the Eco Fund on 6 July 2023 at its 18th Regular Session 2023, take into account the comments submitted by the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office for Legislation and the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy to the proposal adopted by the Supervisory Board of the Eco Fund on 2 March 2023 at its 14th Regular Session, in the course of the inter-ministerial coordination.
