The main topics of the discussion were reconstruction after the floods in Slovenia and the situation in the Western Balkans. The Slovenian Prime Minister presented the measures to rectify the consequences of the recent disaster, and President Jandroković highlighted Croatia's experience with post-earthquake reconstruction in Petrinja and Zagreb.  Regarding the Western Balkans, they both agreed on the importance of the EU's expansion into this region and, at the same time, stressed the importance of European perspective for Bosnia and Herzegovina.  In addition, they called for further deepening of the relationship between Slovenia and Croatia and their mutual cooperation also in the international arena.
