Working meeting with representatives of the Association of Social Institutions of Slovenia
State Secretary for Intergenerational Dialogue and Housing Policy Nataša Lužar received the representatives of the Association of Social Institutions of Slovenia | Author Damir Kolar/UKOM
They briefed her on the institutions’ work, their ties with local communities, the current situation and the key challenges of institutional care for the elderly.
They stressed the need for a system of long-term care that should enable all older people to access relevant services, regardless of their financial situation, personal or other circumstances.
