This year’s World Tourism Day is focusing on the slogan “Tourism and Green Investments”. The World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) wishes to emphasise the importance of more and better-targeted investments for people, planet and prosperity.
Slovenia is a green and diverse country. Accordingly, Slovenian tourism is concentrated on boutique tourism, green and healthy environment and sustainable development.
One of the challenges presented by the unstable situation in the world is integration. As a result, Slovenia is directed towards innovative and creative tourism.
