Consular Office Hours in Edinburgh

During consular office hours, you can submit a passport application, authenticate your signature on a document, submit an application for the registration of the birth of your child and marriage in the Slovenian civil registry, or request other consular assistance. The Embassy will propose the time for your appointment and give you further information on the procedure.

To schedule an appointment please fill out the following FORM and send it to the Embassy of Slovenia at consular.london@gov.si by 17 March 2025 to allow the Embassy enough time to verify your data and send you the relevant information.

A prior appointment is required so that the Embassy can provide service to all customers.

Please note that the consular fee must be paid in cash. Personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted.
