State Secretary Mally receives Hungarian Minister for European Union Affairs János Bóka
State Secretary for European Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office Igor Mally received the Hungarian Minister for European Union Affairs János Bóka in Ljubljana.
The discussion was focused on the Hungarian EU Council Presidency’s priorities for the second half of 2024 and the preparations for the Spring European Council meeting. State Secretary Mally and Minister Bóka also exchanged their views on strengthening the competitiveness of the European economy, the enlargement of the European Union, the EU’s strategic priorities for the next medium-term period, which are expected to be adopted by Heads of State and Government in June this year in the framework of the so-called Strategic Agenda 2024-2029, and other topical European issues.
