The project aims to strengthen the network of offices for employers by expanding the range of specialised and targeted support services for employers. Thus, the project seeks to further improve and enhance the cooperation among the Employment Service of Slovenia and employers, especially at the regional level; it supports promotional activities for the digital services and contents of the Employment Service of Slovenia and fosters green and socially responsible recruitment.

More effective and targeted support offered to employers opens new opportunities for better and more efficient matching of jobseekers with job vacancies. As part of the project, innovative services will be developed, upgraded, and implemented to help employers tackle labour shortages. A methodology and selection criteria will be developed to monitor the number of employers participating in the good employer recognition process. Employers will receive support for a digital, green, and socially responsible transformation. At the same time, partnerships with employers will be strengthened both at the national and regional level.

The strengthened network of Employment Service of Slovenia’s offices for employers that serve as a veritable one-stop-shop and provide a wide range of targeted services will improve the quality of support offered to employers in finding the right candidates for job vacancies. 

Worth a total of 2,700,000 euros, the project will receive support from the European Social Fund Plus totalling 1,809,000 euros.
