EU funding for smart digital public services
As part of the EU co-funded project, the Ministry of Digital Transformation will speed up the digital transformation of the economy, society and public administration by introducing new business models and cutting-edge technologies (interoperable solutions, co-creation of services, algorithmic tools with artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies). Investments will focus on the digitalisation of public services and the society: measures to provide integrated public services for businesses, citizens and public institutions, developed with users, in line with the principle of co-creation and with the aim of ensuring a good and safe user experience.
The project Smart digital public services is implemented under Slovenia’s EU Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027, under the priority Innovative knowledge-based society and pursues the specific objective Reaping the benefits of digitalisation for citizens, companies, research organisations and public authorities.
The project is worth EUR 26,802,030.00, with the European Regional Development Fund contribution standing at a good EUR 15 million, i.e., EUR 15,506,582.48.
