In a press statement after the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed that a lot of effort had been put into measures to increase productivity in the health sector. "I believe this is the key to success," said the Prime Minister. "The figures show that the number of services, even during the recent strike, has increased compared to last year, thanks to the measures presented today." He added that this demonstrates the dedication of doctors and medical staff to their work, never forgetting the patients.

"The Government has provided funds to sustain the project of monitoring the effective workload and to establish a consistent system for rewarding healthcare employees who demonstrate increased effort," concluded Prime Minister Robert Golob in his statement on the sidelines of the event.
