The project aims to establish a new model of services fully tailored to meet the needs of both individuals and the labour market, by focusing on digitalisation. The new model will make access to online services and support easy for those with experience in using digital services. It will provide personal advisers and in-depth career guidance and orientation for individuals that are further from the labour market.

The development and operation of the new employment platform and e-services will allow the users to carry out the relevant process in a digital way. The advanced model of statistical profiling will help the users pick the most appropriate activities to find a high-quality job.

The project will help activate the unemployed and job seekers more quickly. This will mitigate structural imbalances in the labour market, improve social security while bringing down expenditures on social transfers.

The expected wider impacts of the project will include higher labour force participation rates of older and younger people, better social inclusion of vulnerable groups and expanded supply of workers allowing employers to hire workers more quickly.

The beneficiary of the funding is the Employment Service of Slovenia.

The project is worth a total of 19,800,000 euros and will receive 12,731,400 euros from the European Social Fund Plus.
