Planned calls for proposals in the field of regional development in 2024 and 2025 | Author Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development
The calls for proposals will be open for ten measures, totalling 91,493,150 euros, of which 15,493,150 euros are grants and 76 million are repayable financial incentives.
Financial incentives for municipalities
Five measures will be available for local communities for a total of 42.1 million euros, including 12,154,370 euros in grants and 30 million euros in repayable financial incentives. The direct financial incentive measures of 12.1 million euros will be implemented by MKRR and SRRS and will be complemented by 30 million euros in loans for local communities’ investment projects to construct public tourism infrastructure.
The financial incentives for municipalities will be covered by the following calls for proposals, which will be launched at the end of 2024 and in early 2025:
- Provision of innovative ecosystems of economic and business infrastructure (EPI NOO); the call will be implemented by MKRR
- Publication of the call foreseen in November 2024
- Financial source: Recovery and Resilience Plan
- Co-financing of basic municipal infrastructure projects in Roma settlements 2025 and 2026; the call to be implemented by MKRR

- Construction and expansion of business zones in border problem areas; the call will be implemented by MKRR

Financial incentives for enterprises
The financial incentive measures for enterprises will be implemented by SRRS and SPS, and one of the measures will be implemented directly by MKRR. Five calls for proposals will be available to support enterprises, with a total value of 49,338,780 euros, including 3,338,780 euros in grants and 46 million euros in repayable financial incentives.

- Employing graduates in border problem areas
- The call will be implemented by MKRR
