Presentation of Letters of Credence to the President of Albania
On 24 January 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the Republic of Albania, H.E. Jakob Štunf, presented his Letters of Credence to President Bajram Begaj.

On this occasion, he highlighted the excellent bilateral relations between the two countries, emphasizing their partnership and alliance.
His mandate will focus on strengthening economic cooperation, where many untapped opportunities remain.
Ambassador Štunf also praised Albania’s progress in opening two negotiating clusters last year and reaffirmed Slovenia’s full support for Albania’s ambitious European path.
Slovenia remains committed to close cooperation and support in various areas.
