The Archives began its series of monthly lectures in 2013. Our lectures tell interesting stories which are based on the research of the archival cultural heritage managed by the national and other archives in Slovenia and abroad. Although our lecturers are professional researchers and scientists, they present their findings in a way that appeals to a broader audience and is understood by listeners of all age groups. Those interested can attend the lectures free of charge.

In trying to ensure that the lecture series remains available for posterity as well, we joined forces with the Project SIstory, which published a number of our lectures in video format online on the project portal.
