The Priority Action Division
The Priority Action Division became operational on 1 October 2024. In the field of labour law, inspections are carried out when the rights of a large number of workers are found to have been violated and when the taxable person has a prior criminal record, when the public interest is protected, when immediate response time is needed, when violations are found in the employment of foreigners and when workers are allowed to work in contravention of labour market regulations.
In the case of detected and established infringements, supervision may be extended to several areas of labour law. In the field of occupational safety and health, in particular the prevention of immediate danger to workers' lives and the risk of accidents at work.
