We conduct selection procedures for members of the Boards of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia, and propose guidelines for the supervision of the work of members of the Boards of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia to the Ministry responsible for Health for adoption.

We are preparing baselines for monitoring the performance and operation of public health care institutions of which the Republic of Slovenia is the founder, and we are proposing to the Ministry responsible for health for adoption performance criteria for health care. We strategically plan and monitor quality in healthcare, prepare a systemic analysis of risk factors in healthcare and propose strategic solutions for risk management. We participate in the planning, management and supervision of investments, and in the preparation of analyses, reports and other materials in the field of investments in public healthcare institutions of which the Republic of Slovenia is the founder.

We propose to the Ministry of Health for adoption guidelines for the operations of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia, we prepare conceptual baselines, reports, analyses and other materials on the operations of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia, we issue consents to the financial plans of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia, and we prepare comparative analyses of the operations of public health care institutions whose founder is the Republic of Slovenia.
