The General Affairs Service provides conditions for unimpeded work, including the planning of the necessary budgetary resources and monitoring of their expenditure, purchase of goods and services, conducting public procurement procedures, provision of regular maintenance and registration of resources, human resource management, carrying out open competitions and performing other tasks related to employment, assignment, appraisal, and promotion of public employees. In addition, the Service plans, organizes and ensures that its employees are involved in training on a regular basis and that the standards of safety at work are complied with.
