Secretariat of the Secretary-General
The Secretariat of the Secretary-General performs functions in the area of human resources management, specific legal functions in the area of systemic law, administration, international law and civil law, and duties related to the maintenance and keeping of records on the maintenance and use of official vehicles. The Secretariat also manages the archives and takes care of the permanent collection of archive material. It provides logistics support to the Ministry such as financial control and the preparation of the annual budget and carries out other duties from the financial and accounting area within the Ministry. It is concerned with seeking systematic solutions in the area of salaries. It provides information and communications support to basic and business processes and manages the services and infrastructure of the autonomous communications and information system and ensures its protection.
