Department for EU portal
The Department for EU portal monitors, records, classifies, publishes and distributes EU documents via the EU portal, which is an integral part of the information system of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, and performs tasks related to the coordination of and participation in the adoption of positions and starting points of Slovenia with regard to such documents.
It monitors and keeps records of the working bodies of the Council of the European Union and the code list of working bodies and keeps records of the composition and responsibilities of the working bodies of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia regarding the preparation of positions in the process of adopting legislative proposals and other EU acts. It provides professional assistance and training for users of the EU portal and participates in managing and updating the EU portal.
