We coordinate the projections of the compulsory health insurance funds, actively monitor the financial performance of the Health Insurance Institution of Slovenia and prepare materials related to the financial plan and annual report of the Health Insurance Institution of Slovenia.

In addition, we are responsible for the operations of public health care institutions, focusing on the financial plans and annual reports of these institutions, the founder's liabilities, borrowing and the preparation of periodic reports and analyses. We also prepare analyses and financial calculations for healthcare labour costs and are actively involved in the preparation of annual contracts for public healthcare institutions financed from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
