Tangible Assets Directorate
The Tangible Assets Directorate performs tasks relating to the management of tangible assets owned by the state and self-governing local communities, the centralised management of tangible assets owned by the State, the planning and coordination of spatial needs of state administration authorities, and other tasks relating to the management of tangible assets. It is responsible for the provision and allocation of holiday facilities and performs expert and administrative tasks for the Housing Commission of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.
It safeguards the effective and economical management of state-owned assets with the aim of ensuring their legal and actual regulation, operating in a conscientious, cost-effective and transparent manner.
