Finance Service
At the Finance Service, we monitor the implementation of system tasks in the area of the budget of the Republic of Slovenia, prepare the financial plan and final account of the ministry in cooperation with the directorates and especially with the Development Funds Directorate, and ensure the proper implementation of the financial plan of the ministry.
We also carry out financial reviews of contracts and other documents that assume the financial obligations of the ministry before they are concluded or issued and provide expert advice to the ministry’s departments and bodies within the ministry in the area of finance.
We participate in the preparation of the ministry’s internal regulations and coordinate work and advise on the preparation of the annual census.
We keep financial-analytical records for the needs of the ministry and central records of the real and financial assets of the ministry.
