The European Affairs and International Cooperation Service plans, manages and coordinates the tasks of the Ministry and the Police, carries out international cooperation activities, and provides the necessary expert support for the conclusion of treaties and other international documents. Through the attendance of representatives of the Ministry and the Police at meetings of working bodies of EU institutions, it helps coordinate the positions of the Republic of Slovenia with other ministries and government offices and prepares strategies for Slovenia’s representation in international activities.
