State Secretary Tina Heferle (1986) is a university graduate in law with the state legal exam and attorney's exam.

After completing her law studies at the Faculty of Law of Ljubljana, where she graduated with honours in 2011, she was a trainee in the legal department of the Municipality of Moravče, where she remained on a full-time basis after completing her traineeship. In 2015, she started working in the legal service of the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection. In December 2016, she passed the state legal exam, followed by the attorney's exam in 2018, after which she worked as an attorney in a law firm.

In 2018, she was elected to the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, where she served as Vice-President of the National Assembly and participated in various working bodies.
